SPEAKER_01

Welcome everyone to this addendum of Sass and Sips. I'm Lisa. And I'm Agnes. And this is our Tabula Rasa addendum. So we are not doing a full episode this week in honor of the holidays and whatever you celebrate. Merry Christmas. Happy everything. Yay! So we wanted to be with our families. We didn't want to take too much time to do a whole episode, but we wanted to touch base because we actually got some feedback about something that we mentioned on Tabula Rasa about the TV deaths. So for those of you who wrote in, this is for you.

SPEAKER_00

Thank you so much.

SPEAKER_01

So the question was who are the TV deaths that we touched upon and that affected us. So do you want to go first?

SPEAKER_00

Okay. This one still hurts my heart.

SPEAKER_01

Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. I don't know hers, and she doesn't know mine. So what what are the odds that it's the same? It's probably not right.

SPEAKER_00

I doubt I doubt it the same. I have a couple of them, but this one just still hurts my heart. I feel like it was a friend. I used to watch the good wife.

SPEAKER_01

Okay.

SPEAKER_00

And when they killed Will Garden off, it was done. Like I was just like, because it was just surprise, and there was nothing in the news that you know, music wasn't getting killed off. You kind of know what's coming eventually. So we didn't have to tell you. Forget about it. My heart was broken. I'm still broken for that one. Yeah. And then you know the ones that everyone gets choked up about, whatever. But yeah, that one still hurts my heart. Good job, CBS. And like that was like you guys, that was that was a good TV moment.

SPEAKER_01

Alright.

SPEAKER_00

Lisa.

SPEAKER_01

So I know that there's more, but the one that I always come back to, the one that all these years later, I still have a hard time watching the series finale, the original Roseanne. When they talk about how Dan actually died when he had the heart attack.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

And then everything goes back to the way it was before she supposedly wrote the stories. And I cry like a little bitch. Like I didn't.

SPEAKER_00

I'm so bad. I did watch the last couple of seasons of Roseanne, so I never really got to chance to watch it. I heard about it. I'm like, oh, that's sad. But yeah, that didn't hit me.

SPEAKER_01

That was one of my favorite shows. I was really excited for the reboot, and then it kind of well, we're not gonna get into that.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, no. But yes, but the original and the good wife are the ones that hit us. Wow.

SPEAKER_01

Even though Dan Connor is still alive in the reboot, I'm not sure how that happened. But in the original, I I can't do it. I can't do it. Yeah, that's mine. Good old Dan Connor.

SPEAKER_00

Very interesting. I thought I was afraid that you were gonna do something like kind of like the typical, like cliche, like Derek and Gray's Anatomy, something that like you know, the cliched ones, but I'm proud of you.

SPEAKER_01

Alright, so spoiler alert, I didn't watch Grade's Anatomy that far. I knew that he died, but I had stopped watching it, I think, the season before that. I just I don't know. I just stopped going for it.

SPEAKER_00

I was like, it was sad for me. Because you know, TV deaths are sad, but I wasn't a Derek fan. So I'm like, okay. And I was like, well, you treat Meredith, you're a little anyway.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, I mean I got up to when they were together.

SPEAKER_00

But even then, I don't know, like he loved her, but it was still about him. But anyway, I wasn't a Derek fan. I wasn't a Derek fan, I wasn't a Burke fan. I'm not an Ethan Hunt fan. Is his name Ethan Hunt? Is that a character that's a big thing?

SPEAKER_01

I don't remember.

SPEAKER_00

Well, Ethan Hunt is a Michigan Possible character. Sorry, Tom. But yeah. Yeah, I'm not really f yeah. But yeah, we're going off topic. As usual.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. Alright, well, if you want us to spoil more shit about people who die on TV, just keep sending us your feedback. Email it. Leave us a message on our hotline. All the information, all the contact info is in the show notes. So once again, happy everything and anything that you celebrate this week. And as for us, we'll be back next week with an actual episode for what's the next episode? Ah, walkabout. No, walkabout, yeah. Walkabout.

SPEAKER_00

Walkabout, yes, about that sounds about right.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, yeah, we'll be back with walkabout next week. So please stay tuned. And thanks for listening to our little addendum. Thanks, guys. I'm Lisa. And I'm Agnes. We're out of here.

Peace.
