I oof. I guess for me, the women and the men using kind of the bonfires to excuse how they proceed in their interactions with, you know.

Do you mean how they're both like they're both collectively kind of like, oh, well, I see so and so doing this, so now I should do this.

Correct. You know, it's more like, oh, well, you know, he or she apparently is very comfortable. So apparently I have to I have to up the ante.

And well, I think the only person who didn't have that was like Javen. And then he was like, Well, she cries, but she cries, oh well. Okay, she's gonna not be happy when she sees that buddy. You thought she wasn't happy before?

Well, Javen, I think Javen is kind of like an enigma to me at this point. I'm trying to understand him. I think he's a he is a good guy, but I don't know if like the structure of their relationship holds him to being the guy that he is, but being away from her, you know, kind of brings out his true personality, but you know, it's still too early to tell.

That I'm black. I mean, you know. I will say I was surprised that Evan picked Morgan. I was kind of surprised how that all went into you're not?

I thought it was funny when they went um on their date and the girls were like, what was the best part? And they were like, John's package, but then we didn't even get like didn't even share with us too much.

No, and I wanted a it was what's funny is I wrote that down too. I was like, John package. But you know, in in you know, for his benefit or what have you. I mean, I've never been in uh I've never gone zip lining. So I don't know how, you know, I'm assuming that you know those harnesses kind of push everything up. So I think I think there was like bulk.

You know, but yeah, but I would imagine that also if there's not a lot there to push up, you can't push up what's not there. You know. I mean, if you put that harness on me, I'm not gonna look like that.

It impressed the ladies, or it impressed his date where she ran back. Well, listen, if you think about it realistically, his date ran back, um, Rachel, she ran back and obviously told the girls about it because how would they see?

I don't know. I I wouldn't even be surprised if Morgan was the one who noticed, because she's she's gone crazy. They well, well, I think we're gonna get into that because uh I feel like Morgan is like a little chihuahua around the house, like just running in and and all up in everybody's shit.

Well, I'll a I'll ask you this. Where do you want to who do you want to start with? That's the big question. Which date would you want to start with?

I would say let's start. No, but let's start at the beginning of the episode. The beginning of the episode is a little bit of a continuation from the one before. So we're back at the girls first bonfire because all we saw up until this point was Shari watching the video. And the host, Mark, is still confused about what the fuck is going on because he's like, I don't even know what you're upset about.

And I love that he I love that he did that though, because I feel like it needed to be said. It's like, hey, understand that we're giving you a glimpse of things, it doesn't mean really anything because it's it's it's on the context. So if you want to take that context to the level that she did, like that's that's kind of on you because he literally was like, I am confused. You don't know what happened. You're seeing this, and I feel like he wanted to be like, Yeah, I think you need to, I think you need to dial it back for TV. You know, he just I give him props for clarifying because maybe some other host would have been like feeding into it, like, yeah. You you you you know, yeah, that's pretty damning.

Well, also this is the first season. So, you know, who knows? Maybe in seasons after this, they do lean in and they're like, oh, this is this is gonna make for great TV. But, you know, maybe in the first season they wanted to be true to their experiment or and not make it worse than it is. I don't know. I mean, I'm just I have no idea, really.

But well, I mean, we we knew what to expect from the rest of the episode for Shari. Like it was gonna be her being emotional, her I guess misreading the situation and and going to the extreme, which is her prerogative, but it doesn't it it it because we have the ability to watch the episode, it's like you know, we we're cheating. You know what I mean? We we know what happened, we saw what happened, and you know, you can take anything out of context. You did like we said in the last episode, you can take a picture and it can look horrible, but it was absolutely nothing. It's a it's a moment that you you it looks one way, but it means something completely different.

Right, it's a frame. After her rest of the ladies, and they're all just kind of like, ah, okay, whatever. Casey is really starting to realize that she fucked up because she's like I mean, she was happy for him, which I still feel like I don't know, you know, on one hand, maybe she really is that much of a cheerleader for him and very open on her outlook. But on the other hand, maybe it's just to protect herself to not show the hurt. But I mean, but then she did show the hurt because she sees like, wow, our issues are so small, relatively speaking, that she's starting to wish like I shouldn't have brought him here.

And I think her her realization of that is kind of telling because yes, they're both attractive people. You know, he seems to to have a decent personality up to this point for what we know. And she basically admits that because her family is telling her, hey, you need to be married, you need to, you need this, your your life should be this. And I don't know if it's family and friends, but I mean, just going by what she said.

She kept saying, you know, my family puts a lot of pressure on me, you know, because of the religion and and this and that, and you know, and that's all fine and respectful, but he seems to be a a decent guy. And you're bringing him to a situation.

You also find out he cheated on her.

I didn't want to lead into that, but you know, it's hard to do that. Yes, and then you find out later in the episode that he cheated. And I mean, I didn't like his reaction to it.

But he's I mean, it just it gives a feeling that whatever happened was a long time ago, and he has tried to make amends. And obviously, I don't know. This is all just kind of the feeling that I get while watching is that he's really put this behind him, and aside from not wanting to get married, he's a hundred percent in their relationship. Like he is committed, just minus that piece of legal contract.

Correct. Like he's he just went off. So the I guess that was my uh I guess that was my background lighting.

And I only say I didn't like his reaction only because it was uh the overtly defensiveness. I mean, her bringing it up, I think I think her bringing it up is more of like like kind of like a knee-jerk reaction to have something to say about him because she knows she brought him, she brought him here. We all the the main thing we have to understand is every woman brought their man here for this situation, which is still mind-boggling to me, because you're literally bringing lions, you know, to to feed on on freaking deer.

You know, you have attractive men who are technically or generally good men, but you're bringing gorgeous women around them that want them. And these women are showing that they don't care, like their job, they may be wanting to look for love, but that competitive nature that is going on, and the all the ladies showed it with with um with Javen when they played that, you know, when they did the little mirror thing.

Yeah, so we're gonna we're gonna get to that. So after the bonfire from the first episode, the men, the women, they go back to their respective houses. There's like the aftermath where they're like, you know, just talking about it a little bit, whatever. Okay. I don't really think that anything worth talking about came out of that.

No. I as far as the rest, the rest, I mean, other than uh Casey's reaction, I mean, I think Casey had well and Shari embed Prime. Well, sh Shari had her the reaction that we expected. I think we didn't realize how deep Casey was gonna come, like realize that, and especially that he was talking about her, and he was like, you know, I'm like, I am a you know, I am, I do love her, I do want, you know, her in my life. You know, I'm just not ready for that step. And he, you know, and he basically is saying it's like that is why we're here, because I haven't given her a ring. I think that like Casey and and Shari were the only ones that kind of had like this. I think Nicole also like had like a little reaction, but I don't think she expressed it like to I think I think she she saw like I think she realized some things and then but she just didn't vocalize it.

But I have to tell you that now, while I don't know obviously if I'm correct, but based on what I was feeling from her last time, and then for her to come in this time and be like, no, I wanted him to be so focused on me, and I'm like, I fucking called it. I told you, like, that's what she was looking for. She was looking for him to be on his A plus plus plus A
